Is George Bush the next, um, George Bush? |

Think about it. A Bush high in the polls wins a popular war only to lose to a charismatic governor from a small rural state. Except this time, the aftermath of the war situation isn't so good. Given all of the stretch comparisons of Democrats in the corporate media with Dukakis, McGovern, et cetera, is not the above a more apt description of the current state of affairs?

Bush's numbers right now are currently lower than his father's were at this point in 1991. His re-elect numbers are dismal.
