American has now thrown two men away who could have been fantastic presidents and stewards to our country.
It makes me feel like I've been sucker-punched in the solar plexus even to think about it.

Throwing away Lieberman seems no great loss, Edwards would definitely have done some good.
We'll see what happens in the Senate. My guess? Nothing will ever be prosecuted for this gang. They will get away scot-free (see, Bush, G.H.W.)
