7. Their owners are still rolling around in their new piles of money.

They've empowered the fundamentalists and ridden them to another big victory. But they're losing their grip on the reigns pretty damn fast these days. You can hope they notice that before it's too late, and that their fear seeps through the media in the form of criticism of the government.

But I don't have alot of hope of that. Those types seem to wake up too late most of the time. Germany, Iran...
