Dennis Moore, a moderate Dem, was to able to win against wingut Kris Kobach without bragging about supporting the Chimp and a massive fundie GOTV by people like Jerry Johnston

he was able to win in 2002 with bragging about supporting the Chimp

2. his district covers all of Wyandotte and half of Douglas (Lawrence)
and all of the KU campus, those two counties went blue again
