Can I challenge the marriage of people in homophobic states?
They passed laws in theses states that marriage is only between a man and a woman. How do we go about demanding that high ranking Republicans in these states prove what gender they are? Is a birth certificate good enough or can we demand that they come in to court and drop their drawers? Can we start slowing down new marriages in these states by making gender tests a part of the system. Would be partners must go to a certified doctor and expose their genitalia for scrutiny?

I have no idea how, but that would be excellent political theater!
