Is Bush the Anti-Christ?
I was just having flashback of my overly religious childhood and recalling the book of Revelation. Is Bush the Anti-Christ?

4. The antichrist was popular...
I guess technically Bush is too. But in reality most of the world hates him.

5. I kid you not I
had a "spaketh from on high" in 2000 that told me ** was going to get us into the worst war we'd ever seen.

And no, Iraq doesn't fulfill that.

And yeah, I SO believe ** is the Anti-Christ.

8. It's not buying into anything.
Christ's impact on the world is fact. A collective force or individual or whatever that clearly represents a perverted, inverse impact is possibly a fact, as well.
It is not kool aid drinking to recognize it, speculate about it, or to acknowledge those who've warned us it was in the cards.

7. I wish I knew.
I do believe we are embroiled in a religious war on both the domestic and international stages.

For now, I will reserve judgment, but I remain vigilant.

10. The Pope thinks so

WASHINGTON DC -- According to freelance journalist Wayne Madsden, "George W Bush's blood lust, his repeated commitment to Christian beliefs and his constant references to 'evil doers,' in the eyes of many devout Catholic leaders, bear all the hallmarks of the one warned about in the Book of Revelations--the anti-Christ."
</snip>

Before he became pope, Karol Cardinal Wojtyla said, "We are now standing in the face of the greatest historical confrontation humanity has gone through. I do not think that wide circles of the American society or wide circles of the Christian community realize this fully. We are now facing the final confrontation between the church and the anti-Church, of the Gospel versus the anti-Gospel."

The pope worked tirelessly to convince leaders of nations on the UN Security Council to oppose Bush's war resolution on Iraq. Vatican sources claim they had not seen the pope more animated and determined since he fell ill to Parkinson's Disease. In the end, the pope did convince the leaders of Mexico, Chile, Cameroon and Guinea to oppose the U.S. resolution.

Madsen contends that "Bush is a dangerous right-wing ideologue who couples his political fanaticism with a neo-Christian blood cult."

11. No, the Rapture is suppose to take place before the appearance of the
Anti-Christ. I haven't seen millions of people disappear from the planet yet, or planes falling from the sky, so I say no. Plus, the Anti-Christ will have some supernatural powers to do things, which is why he will be able to fool millions into thinking he is Christ and Godlike. I don't see Bush fooling or minipulating many people this way. I'm Christian and this man is too dumb to be the Anti-Christ!

13. Nah.
You give him too much credit.
But hubris is punished.
Nemesis watches us, the furies make plans.
Shiva is dancing.
Kali is awake.
She comes here soon.
Hide while you can.
