Here is what I am doing about election fraud in Florida
I sent this, and the spreadsheet data and analysis that was done to several people I know personally:

1 Congressman

1 Senator

3 Congressional aides to congressional reps and senators

1 Person who organized the Kerry campaign in WA state

1 Friend who works for MSNBC

1 Friend who is a reporter for NPR

What can you do? Keep this kicked. Details follow:

Flordia ballots show huge (and I mean HUGE) numbers of DEMS supposedly voting for Bush in very Dem counties. That is indicative of wholesale theft of this election! My partner spent hours crunching numbers last night and there is no doubt - they stole FL and they probably stole Ohio as well. Trust me, we are NOT the conspiracy theorist types, and even on Wed I posting here saying "take off the tin foil hat" to people who automatically assumed it was stolen.

But it was. It really was. Check here.

http://ustogether.org/Florida_Election.htm

It's just not possible that 40 and 50% of registered dems voted for Bush, but ONLY in optical scan counties.

I don't know how to post a spreadsheet here, but here is a summary of how they did Florida:

Summary

-- In 13 of 15 touchscreen voting counties in Florida, Dems gained over what would be expected looking at just registration percentages –more than just Dems voted for Kerry in these counties

-- But in only 7 of 52 optical scanner voting counties (15%), Dems gained over what would be expected looking at registration percentages - this seems a little odd

-- In the touchscreen counties, the average gain was 8% over what you would expect based on Dem registration, including all 15 counties

--In the optical scanner counties, the average loss was 16.6% under what you would expect based on dem registration, including all 52 counties

-- If you apply the 8% average plus the expectations based on registration that was seen in the touchscreen counties to the optical scanner counties where we saw losses in the Dem column, it's a total of 281,143.

If you add this number to Kerry’s total, and subtract this number from Bush’s…

Method
Bush Votes
Kerry Votes

Subtotal
Touchscreen
1,845,876
1,982,210

Subtotal
Op-Scan-Precinct
1,950,213
1,445,675

Adjustment

-281,143
+281,143

Corrected Subtotal
Op-Scan-Precinct
1,668,730
1,727,158

Corrected Total
All Methods
3,514,606 - Bush
3,709,368 - Kerry

And guess what, when you correct, it matches the exit polls!

If we could get the paper ballots rescanned in Florida with machines that had been actually checked to make sure they was no fraud going on, you would see that Kerry very likely won this election.

Every DU'er needs to use every connection at their disposal to get this looked at. Even the idea that so many dems crossed over, if it was true, should be a huge story for the press. Come on people, we worked so hard. Don't let this go without being looked into. I want to see hundreds of replies to this post, so it stays at the top. Please! Mobilize!

6. Broward County uses E-touch and those were OK
It was in the optical scan counties where they pulled the fraud, probably because E-touch got all the pre-election publicity. Talk about a head fake!

Click on the link in my original post. Someone else did that work, but we took that last night and crunched it more, and that is what was summarized in my original post. And I am telling you, it was fraud.

here is a link;

I just saw a link that said broward went 7,553 and some odd votes to bush and about 3,244 to kerry.

We phone banked Broward several times and it was always all kerry all the time

21. Your link shows K/E winning Broward by 200K votes
Bush: 243,118 Kerry: 451,521

Broward country is huge, and Kerry won with the margin expected. What are you talking about?

25. And you absolutely right about Bradford
That's one of the ones that makes NO SENSE whatsoever! There are 42 more counties like that. There was fraud here, I am willing to bet my reputation on it (and I have with several connections).

But I can't do it alone.

29. I was on the ground in Broward
I heard repeatedly that we need to carry Broward by 250,000 votes if we wanted to win the state. Unfortunately, it was more like only 200,000 votes.

The turnout at my polling place seemed light. According to the democratic precinct captain, this polling place normally went 90% for democrats.

I do not trust the touch screen machines. The legal team had lost a case seeking to require paper trails earlier that month.

5. I'm not the tinfoil hat type either, but
what seems to be an incredible lack of oversight and follow-through on an election process riddled with problems, outright fraud and mysterious discrepancies is, to put it mildly, baffling. A fair, honest and transparent election process is one of the foundations of a free society. We clearly don't have such a process in the U.S., yet are trying to impose "freedom" on other countries. Bless you for probing deeper into this mess -- I hope others take up the challenge.

13. I'll kick
Many people I know think there is something fishy going on. Many of the people that voted early in Iowa were the older folks, they are more fundalmentalist than other voters. Yet the polls still said Kerry was ahead during the day. Something stange happened and the thing is there needs to be a lot of proof! There are a lot of weird things that don't make sense, but proving it is the very hard thing to do, especially with this media.

11. Have you received any response?
Is there any indication that somebody outside of this board thinks there may be substance to this allegation?

It was very easy in 2000 to ignore the cries of FOUL from our party. We look like sore losers.

What, in your opinion, should I be doing from red-state (uncontested)mid-America?

I want to mobilze, but how? Even if we have conceded this election, I want to have some hope that the next one will be fair.

15. Here's a simple solution to determine if there was fraud...
Edited on Fri Nov-05-04 12:35 PM by caduceus
Using your statistical model, pick 2 or three smaller counties with large discrepancies in expected results vs. ballot results. Using volunteers from ACT or Moveon, canvas the residents of each county, by going door to door and asking them who they voted for. You may not get responses from Republicans, but you most probably would get responses from democrats. Compare the canvassed results with the balloting results. If there are large statistically different results, we would have a clear case of fraud. This could then be extended to all the heavily democratic counties that used optical scanners in your model to prove the fraud. I believe this would be worthy of a legal challenge.

That is a great idea. Who knows someone at Move On that can do it?

28. You'd really only need to call the Democrats for now
I'm sure they'd be glad to provide the info for an investigation. If the results match what you suspect, then start asking the Republicans. The ones who voted for Kerry will offer that up. I don't believe for one minute that 99% of Republicans voted for * anywhere in this country.

31. The perfect county to start with is Liberty County
According to your model, Liberty County had an increase of 712.3% republican votes as compared to expected votes by party affiliation. There are only 4075 registered voters there. Ask them all how they voted. That should blow the lid off of this in one day.

were more than 32,000 votes in any one precinct...something that caused an amendment vote to show as not passing, but it really had one. The link was to Yahoo news.

24. Okay, well mail him then!
Call and mail to everyone you know who might be able to help us get some action. Like I have said, even if it was true, the huge number of apparent crossovers in Fl dem counties should be a story that they would want to cover. Once it gets out there, people will have to try to explain it.
