CNN advertising "Kingdom on the Brink" about Saudi Arabia.. |
|
The tease raised the problem of the original pact between Wahabi and the Saud family. If CNN is "fox-lite" what is their motive for this show? (They said it's on Sat. evening)

5. So we all feel sorry for the Saudi Royals and their difficult position. |
|
They will stress that they are doing their best as allies of the US.
Propaganda. Saudis own a big chunk of AOL/Time Warner.

6. Bush will lose Iraq and the House of Saud will fall. Bank on it. |
|
Bush cannot win in Iraq, no matter what he does. No amount of spin will help him win there. The Iraqis will NEVER accept a leader tainted with American/European influence.
And the Saudis are seething with anger at the royal family.
Bush and the Republicans can't stop them. They are doomed. If they bomb/nuke the shit out of that area, they lose.
And this time, they have no one to blame but themselves.

9. so why should CNN be bringing attention to it? |
|
I would think that BFEE would just as soon that Americans don't think about the Saudi's too much.
