Randi today got more listeners that CNN and MSNBC got combined.
That is because we are not watching the TV anchors whoring for Bush.
We have not watched any news in days. I only listen to AAR.

Good sign, Randi.

4. Mine has been pretty dark since the election
Except for Daily Show and Bill Moyers and a TCM special tonight, it's going to pretty much staty that way.

10. My TV has been dark too.
I can't even stand C-Span anymore. It's just painful to listen to the hateful Christian Pharisees call in. Mona Charen was on Washington Journal this morning. I had to turn off the TV.

19. I don't know the specifics of how they do this but isn't it that radio
stats are done over a period of time - like what...weeks or over a few months?

Anyway, she is rocking it.

I can't get her on the actual radio (our local station goes to Ed Schultz) so the live stream is the thing here - I need to string speakers all over my house so I can get something done!

:hi:

7. Some of the lefty weblogs have experienced increased traffic, too.
Specifically, DailyKos -- I was reading some comments over there earlier, and apparently he's had as much traffic today as he has every day all this week.

Obviously, DU hasn't lost any traffic numbers, either -- we're still at reduced service levels due to traffic, have been since sometime on Monday.

Kinda' gives new life to the whole 'kill your television/radio' movement, don't it?

12. And were you listening?
If you were, you heard her ask every one of her listeners to donate $1, or $5 or whatever you can to http://www.blackboxvoting.org/, the one place where someone is TRYING TO PROVE VOTER FRAUD.

Anyway that is what she said, not that I'm advocating this or anything like that (disclaimer in case it is against the rules here).

Those right wing whores will not catch my eyes or ears one more day.

If they want to live off the dollars of their "moral" voters that put bush in office, they're welcome to it!

All they've ever done is mislead Americans anyway...they should all be tried for treason.

Capital Gang on Saturdays and ocassionally Olbermann. I did flip around to all of the channels on election night, and it was amazing the positive Kerry stories that were on all of the stations before the bogus vote tabulations started coming in.

Worth every minute. Sirius Left is pretty good as well as AAR. Trouble is Ed Schultz is on opposite Randi, and I love them both.

for about 2 years now. I still watch the local news but that's about as screwed up too. I get almost all of my info from Buzzflash or her at DU. I trust this site because LBN always requires a link to the pirmary source. None of the second hand crap "CNN said so I can say that CNN said" bs.

MSNBC, FAUX and the MSM networks, will anyone know? I hate to give up good movies and hubby likes the science and history channels.

On edit: Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I don't really understand how the ratings work.

35. AAR not available in Los Angeles area except for
a punky daytime only station near riverside, and that station cuts and pastes the broadcasts, not live, and intersperses them with one of the left over nazis from nixon era (mmmm, g gordon liddy i think).

have heard there is a decent radio station in san diego area, decent meaning strong broadcast signal.

Can you believe it, in the bluest of the blue states in total votes, AAR is not in the biggest media market.

I'm discovering the other channels on my tv. TLC is great, lots of feel good stories, decorating ideas etc. Who needs CNN when their biased anchors and their biased reporting send your blood pressure into the danger range?
