seeking a 'by precinct/district' csv of the election results

have a feeling that if computers were involved, an analysis for determinism will yield results. Need to get the data for all the precincts/ or disticts nationwide. Any format, just can't find it anywhere other than paying money for it later.

Any ideas? already left mail with bbv.org.

A csv form or whatever, we will write the code to transform the data layout to suit our needs.
