I just had a freeper client come into my office
he spent some time gloating, then reassured me that "It would all be ok, your tax cut will heal the pain". After rejecting his greedy premise and pointing out that Bush has set us firmly on the road to ruin he siad something that sent chills up my spine.

"Don't worry, your children will grow up in paradise".

Insert frightened vomiting emoticon here.

8. The funny thing about this guy
He is a surfer dude, pot smoking, caine hound who is actually fair to his employees and He has no health insurance.

His only right wing vice?

He listens to 970 WFLA all day long.

970 has Beck, Limbag, and I think Hannity along with Dr. Laura.

Actuially a nice guy, but he has been told over and over that he has to hate that he has lost all reason.

Sad, he lives on the edge, when that edge collapses Rush ain't gonna be paying his electric bill.

12. Got a business idea for people living in Rapture country. Not many
of them here in MN. Not that admit it anyways. They won't be able to take their pets with. This has caused a great number of them considerable distress. Put a newspaper ad out in their paper that for a hundred bucks in advance you will feed and water their pets when they're raptured.

9. It is only a matter of time
until people see bush and this administration for what it really is about. His cocky attitude at yesterday's press conference was just the beginning of the way this administration will be running things. Tell your client that while he is gloating, bush is making plans to destroy our country and in due time he will not only have stopped gloating but he will be pooping in his pants out of fear. So far as our kids living in paradise, it is now known that global warming is occuring twice as fast as we thought. Of course, the bush administration is trying to hide this. Our kids will be lucky to be able to breath the air, much less enjoy a life in paradise.

14. I agree. Democrats need to be ready to say that
this is what you get when you vote republican.

That applies to a crummy economy with crummy jobs, more terror attacks, continued failure in Iraq, the Next Bush War, teachers telling seven year old kids that Kerry kills babies, women being unable to have prescriptions filled for the pill, more tax cuts for people with high investment income, huge deficits forever, a ten trillion dollar national debt and growing, interest payments by the government becoming the third largest item in the federal budget passing even defense spending, criminal scandals in the federal government, higher healthcare costs, higher heating oil and gas prices, and so on. Every time someone complains about or even comments on any of these things or anything else we need to tell them that

this is what you get when you vote republican.

10. I have military enlistment forms printed and ready
and waiting in a stack on my front desk for some of my particularly obnoxious Bush-supporting customers. I have a feeling it will be a conversation-killer.

ps: I apologize for many intemperate remarks I have made on these forums in the past 3 days. I am still extremely angry, but after much meditation I will try to reserve judgement for a few weeks, while the facts emerge.

11. I don't care how much $ he's worth
Don't you have a spine? What would it have cost you to tell him he's an ass and throw him out of your office?

Gyre
