The Fraud Issue is NOT about 2004
Edited on Fri Nov-05-04 06:31 PM by tinrobot
It is about 2006 and 2008.

Anyone who says it is not important is not thinking of the big picture.

I'm not sure if we can get Bush tossed from office for what happened, but if we do not expose the fraud NOW, we will never have a voice in government again.

We need to fix the way people cast and count votes before anything else can happen. If these people can steal elections, they will, and democracy will be shut out in the process.

1. This is so true. It hadn't occurred to me until someone else pointed
that out. And just to get the story out and get people thinking about it (just the facts, ma'm), would be GOOD thing and should be done.

2. You know, people said that fraud wasnt a big deal in 2000
We had fraud in 2000, and DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. . .now look. He was ELECTED by the people. . .if you believe the media.

If we had worked harder to prove the fraud in 2000, they wouldn't have been so bold about carrying it out now. if we want to stop it, we must protest.

3. Totally agree.
At this point, maybe it isn't such a bad thing that * will have to clean up his own mess in Iraq, and do something to stop the loss of jobs, and restart the economy - if he falls flat on his face, it's his own damn fault.

Granted, I would much rather have Kerry guiding us for the next 4 years but even more important is that we get this fixed NOW for future elections or else it will never get fixed.

5. Exactly!
This is the time to nip in the bud! Whether the chimp is thrown out or not remains to be seen. I hope he is, but if they get away with it this time and we do nothing, they will continue to steal as many elections as they can.

9. They're up to 55 repub senators now, if they get to 60 we can't
filibuster. And my beloved Senator Mark Dayton (MN) is up for re-election in 2006 - no more screwing with our votes!

10. Nonsense.........
It's about RIGHT NOW.

This is criminal behavior and they must be held accountable NOW; most people in this country can't even remember what happened two weeks ago let alone two years ago.

If something major doesn't happen NOW, this will be buried under two or four years worth of Survivor, Scare Tactics and Sopranos episodes and no-one will mention it again until the next election is stolen out from under us.

If we don't do something NOW, we run the risk of having the Democratic party disappear forever.
