1. I was going to write to this site to let them know... |
|
...that a woman cannot "decide" to have a late-term abortion, but they have no way to contact them. Hmm...

3. There's a link to the webmaster |
|
I wrote there and told them what I thought. Give it a try. Won't do any good cause it will reinforce their hate for us, but oh well.

4. You don't "choose" partial birth abortion |
|
like it is the way to limit your family. This procedure is done usually because of the health of the mother. Abortions for family planning usually happen a lot earlier, because it is easier on the woman.
I'd like to do my own Two Heathers story.
Heather #1 is raped. This results in pregnancy, because the US will not allow the "morning after" pill to be used. Since Bushco has outlawed abortion, she is forced to carry and bear a child. Her health, both physical and mental, are shot, and her life ruined.
Heather #2 is sexually molested by her father, which results in pregnancy. The fetus is shown to be deformed, and dies in the womb. But the new anti-abortion laws will not allow any surgery to be done, and the fetus becomes toxic, killing Heather.
Let's remember that a viable woman is a human being, too, and should have more rights than a few cells, even if those cells have the potential to become human.

5. But those cells have the potential to become a MALE human. |

Sometimes I get this cynical: I almost believe that because the cells could be male, they are more important to these people than a mere female (the pregnant woman). You know, like the folks in countries like India who don't have a pot to pee in, but manage to get ultrasound to determine the sex of their fetus, which they abort if it's female.
Sorry; I hate thinking like this, but sometimes I can't help it.

6. As a Heather, I resent the hijacking of my name by Talibangelical nutjobs |
|
for propagandistic purposes! What a bunck of whackos - no doubt they believe the earth is square and flat like a table top and G_d cleverly hid fossils in the ground to test their faith!!!
Here are the appropriate smilies for this story: :silly:  :+ :eyes: :freak::puke:
