We only have 6 years to change that damned map.. |
|
The soouth has gained EVs since northerners continue to move south. What we need is lateral movement..
Come on you Illinois people, entice a bunch of Hoosier Demss to help strip away some of their EV's...Illinois is a very Tall state, and you might be able to get some Kentuckians to do the same..and there's tennessee too..
Those states don't have a ton of EVs, but even a few here and there can make the difference..
NM is very much like AZ, so why don't some Dems head to the Land of Enchantment..
Nevada has no income tax, so it's a harder sell to get them to leave, but Ohioan Dems could probably enjoy living in Western PA..
The dilution of Dem votes in red states is a problem that a little movement could help.. So you young'uns especially, consider the politics when you make your big move into adulthood :) Come on..give us a hand here..
and retirees, you can do it too :) There are states that are warm and laid back that could use you... Southern Maryland is "almost" tropical :)
The map that gets drawn in 2010, will be with us for a decade.. Let's plan ahead :)
Take your EVs with you when you go..and when you leave, you are giving your future state, revenues.. Make sure you are giving them to a worthy cause..:)

2. If you control the judges, and have an iron grip on the statehouse |
|
and have lots of people willing to look the other way :)
That's not the case in most states :(
