Posting or writing to Evangelical media

Has anyone tried this? I am working on a letter that I hope to send to the various forms of media. The overall theme is "we know how you see us so this is how we see you" . I'll admit I am a little apprehensive about this. I simultaneously fear, but am curious of,
the replies or reaction. Think I should go ahead! Gimme your thoughts and if a few DUers know of good conservative Christian publications I would appreciate that too. I'll post a draft here to see what people think, before I decide to send it out

The idea is a good one, but it will not be easy. It'll be hard to put into words that will not result in instant outrage.

I would suggest starting with what your values are, lead into how they will result to many of the same actions/positions you think their values would lead them to do/hold. Emphasize that just because your values are founded in a secular world view does not mean you are amoral or that you do not seek similar goals as they do, much like people of different religious still will work together for good works.

Then gently work into how it is hard for us to understand.

2. Agreed. It is tricky.

But I do believe it is worth doing and it may give us insight these section of America. Like I said I will post a draft before it goes out.

I'll definately be interested to see what you send and the reaction. As well as where you send it, perhaps more of us can do the same.
