BBV Fraud: Does it have Legs?
Edited on Sat Nov-06-04 02:26 PM by Jack_Dawson
Seems yesterday it did. Bev was going to post proof last night. Last night has turned into this afternoon...did I miss the post? If so, can someone point to it?

We know the election was stolen. You don't have 46% approval rating and pick up 8 million new voters. It doesn't happen.

So while DU is understandably outraged, outside the crickets are chirping...business as usual. Media reports on political "capital" and "where do Dems go from here?"

I want desperately to believe Kerry is backstage, working and planning his comeback, his story, his proof of fraud. I want to believe he wouldn't give up the highest office in the land w/o a fight...esp. not with the omnipresent proof of hijacked democracy.

I've emailed reporters, forwarded the graphs, donated to BBV, what else can I do? What else can we do? This is the biggest story in history if what we think happened, happened.

I can handle losing, but not by way of cheating.

Signed,

Never before a conspiracy theorist.

1. Agreed.
I am fully prepared to accept that * is the president (while fighting every step of the way, to be sure) and am beginning to relish the impending battle among the republicans ... but I cannot ignore what seems so obvious. It is my country goddammit!

2. I just emailed Zogby to see if he's going to be conducting
any post-election polls in FL or OH. If not, I'd like to know what they cost. It won't prove anything if the numbers point to a Kerry victory, but it could be used as more ammo that he is dead to me cheated again.

Another idea I had was to organize a letter writing campaign to foreign leaders or to UN Ambassadors. It would send a strong message if each of us wrote a letter to either a select group of world leaders or Ambassadors explaining the fraWd and begging for outside assistance. They might not do anything to help us, but it would make for one hell of a headline. Of course, the US press wouldn't touch this with a ten-foot pole, but the International press would definitely carry it.

11. That's a really good idea!
If this situation doesn't get resolved, at least the world would understand better that we are not a nation of assholes!

4. I kinda doubt Kerry is doing anything to fight
for himself or us right now. I hope I am wrong, but I sense that I am not.

12. How is an opinion based on fact "negativity"?
If Kerry comes back fighting, I'll forgive him, but not before. He conceded early and left us alone. FACT.

5. I hope that ...

I hope that he's quietly putting something together behind the scenes with cooperation of retired military commanders and moderate Republicans. If the people CHOOSE a blood-lusting half wit, that's their business and I'll accept it. But I really don't think they have EITHER time!!!

Bush is undermining the foundation of Democracy. They hold ALL the positions that can initiate a formal investigation against BBV. Are options are limited to lawsuits. It may necessarily come down to a military solution to temporarily take control and conduct free and fair elections WITHOUT electronic voting machines or voter purge lists!!!!

One avenue I'd like to see is lawsuits against Diebold for producing a FAULTY product. In fact, I think this should be John Edward's new mission in life. Sue Diebold's ass off on behalf of "despoiled voters" and force documents out of them. Hopefully along the way, they'd get some press coverage!!!

If peaceful methods can work their course for a free election by 2006 or 2008 I think I'd be satisfied. Otherwise, it's violence will be necessary to save democracy in America!!!

HELL to Fuhrer Bush!!!!

P.S. My utter horror is that this may all be pre-arranged. Kerry would make a nice "show" while his Bones brother would keep the prize. Things are going just as they were planned and elections have been largely fake for quite some time!!!

8. The simple answer is...
...that we don't know yet. It's too soon to tell.

Patience should be advised. Taking a "we know the election was stolen" stance is premature, just as much as the "you can't prove it yet, so it's all tinfoil-hat stuff" approach of certain disruptors here.

Hopefully, we'll know more in the coming week. In terms of the slim chance of actually affecting the 2004 election, nothing can be done in Ohio until the provisional ballot count is done on the 13th. We should either have more evidence either way by then.

17. IIRC,
Ms. Harris said that they could only do a drip, drip, drip of information, rather than a flood, as not only did they have to be careful not to tip people off before they got evidence, but gathering said evidence also took time, as one piece of evidence generated other FOIA requests - sort of like ripples on water.

I chose to trust her, and I hope, hope! that Kerry is also working behind the scenes to gather evidence.

We will see, I guess. If they;re unsuccesful, things can't get any worse than it already is.
