We must find common ground with.... |
|
...those who want to hurl gay people into ovens, turn women in baby machines, advocate the death penalty for drug abuse, and want to force everyone to worship like they do by force of arms if necessary instead of just writing off half the voting populace.

2. No we don't, we need to get the swing voters and moderates. |
|
F the fundies, they will yield on any subject and unless you are willing to agree with them on everything, you will never get their votes.

3. My spiritual beliefs make me a vegetarian |

I'm going to propose a constitutional amendment making the slaughter of animals for food or clothing illegal.
See how quickly those motherfuckers start whining like little babies.
Liberal Militia--sounds kinda nice tripping off the tongue, doesn't it?

6. Its the Catholics stupid! |
|
We're not going to win the Fundies again and we all know that. We do need to make more inroads with the Catholics however, a group where we failed tremendously with in this election. Maybe embracing faith based iniatives isn't such a bad idea afterall.

7. The catholic church as an institution has become fundamentalist... |
|
..and until the less than half of its members who are NOT like this either rise up to have their voice heard in protest to what the catholic leadership and vatican are doing with politics, then that half are just as responsible for the state of affairs as the ones who agree with it.

We'll start up the First United Church of SATAN (big red letters), feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, teach battered women how to hide bodies - you know... community service. Then we'll apply for faith-based grants and watch the hypocrites come out of the pew-work.
