Here is the new composition of state legislatures

Democrats won control of the Colorado legislature for the 1st time in 50 years and yielded a near tie in Iowa. Yet Kerry lost both those states.

So people went to vote Democrat for the state legislature and voted for George W. Bush for President?

1. That's what happened here in Montana

But I don't suspect foul play.

We got the Senate and The Governorship for the first time in 16 years and may end up tied in the legislature (It's now 49 dem to 50 rep with one still undecided)

And of course Bush won our EVs

The local political situation accounted for our gains.

Fraud does look likely in some of the battleground states IMHO
