a million precincts across the country X 3 votes equals 3 million votes. Am I remembering that movie correctly or one of those mid-90s places.

1. Do you have any idea of what would be needed for such a grand scale op?
Infrastructure and people?

Who has that kind of firepower?

3. I remember that movie, the money was stolen in tiny increments
and became a huge amount. The trail was not noticed because the money was put in another file, a garbage file? Very similar.

5. The election wasn't stolen by hackers - it was stolen by the companies
that own and code (proprietary, hence "black box") the voting machines. They aren't certified by outside authority before final vote and tally.
And the majority of the machines used in the US are owned by right wing idealogues.

7. Hackers employed by the companies, hacking into the Diebold GEMS
central tabulators, at the very least. These tabulators count 2 million votes at a time, easy to change tallies in 90 seconds.
