3. It's all the presidential moments since 1976
Right now they are doing the Gore/Little Bush* debates in 2000. "Stratee-gerie" They have Little Bush* mispronouncing all the leaders of the world.

The fellow who does Clinton is hosting/narrating the past clips.

Now they are showing "The Presidential Couple" (spoof of the Odd Couple) when Gore and Little Bush were going to co-President. LMAO!!!
