10. It wasn't working for almost two days.

They had such a response, they had to retool and probably change Internet providers. It's working now, far as I know -- they perhaps they're just experiencing an immense amount of traffic and the site is clogged?

Maybe try clearing your cookies and going back -- the domain was routing to a parking page at an ISP earlier today. Maybe you can get it now.
