I am not depressed about the election results anymore. |
|
You know, of the 5 phrases of grief I am at the acceptance phrase. I am not worried. As long as I have people like Howard Dean, Dennis Kucinich, and Barack Obama among many others fighting for us I am not worried one bit.
Spaking of which, Dean would make a great chairman for the Democratic party. He was my first choice for president and he can really motivate people.
I hope the mainstream media picks up the vote fraud stories. Even if it doesn't get Bush out of office hopefully it will expose some election thiefs and we will have paper trails in 2006 and 2008. Maybe Bush will pull a Nixon and get impeached. One can only hope.

would men resigning before an inevitable impeachment....we would have to deal with the true devil - Cheney, but they would definitely lose the next election if they cannot find a way to cheat in a HUGE way.

I suggest chilling out with the condescending talk. By huge, I mean stealing 15 points or so rather than 3 or so. Additionally, it is still not proven that they stole the election, but there is sufficient evidence to warrant a further investigation to try to come up with an indisputable proof.

2. Your hopes thus spelled out |
|
are depressing me. No politician has hope of overcoming soviet election fraud. Your other hopes are faint to miraculous. I work for the former, pray for the latter. Set emotions aside. Hope is in the hands not the endorphins.

We can hope that some of them might grow a "conscience".

5. election aftermath malaise |
|
You know, I feel a calm which at first was disturbing, but now I feel content to remain on the periphery of our society, pop some popcorn, and watch the US implode. BushCo has run out of people to blame, and this is all theirs now.
I am profoundly saddened that John Kerry lost to the asinine tactics of Karl Rove, but it's over in four years. John Kerry probably just dodged a bullet.
We will come back, stronger than ever. We will put a leash on the electronic voting machine crap by then. And with a clean election, the Republicans will become obsolete just like McCarthy.

7. I went through all the phases also and finally settled down |

to acceptance. Kerry would have been dogged from the day he started and now Bush has to clean up his own mess, although I think he'll stall for 4 years and do nothing, which seems to be his style. There's a lot of brush to clear in Texas so look for him to take even more vacations. I really hate that little man.
