I am unsure of the consequences, but forging anything federal, will have massive repercussions.

I mean, I'm not a lawyer, and maybe it says that on paper, but your question suggests possible penalties against those who commited this fraud. Come on. Who is the government? Who are the judges? Who do the police arrest? Who does congress investigate?

When you see Ken Lay in jail, let's revisit this issue.

Until then, just move along. You'll just get yourself worked up.
