An Open Letter to the Republican Voters of the United States
An Open Letter to my Fellow Citizens

We gave you a man who fought in combat for our country in the jungles and murky waters of Vietnam. You mocked his wounds and questioned his medals. You voted for a man who failed to finish his obligation flying airplanes over the crystal blue skies of Texas

We gave you a man who was the son of a poor Southern millworker who
became an attorney who represented those wronged by corporations and
mangled by incompetent doctors. You blamed him for the high cost of
medical care and elected a man whose former corporation now profits
from the death and misery of Iraqi civilians and American soldiers.

We gave you a plan for medical reform and coverage for those who needed care.
You voted for a man who couldn't deliver flu vaccine and wouldn't allow
prescription drugs from Canada because they were "unsafe".

We gave you a man who had seen war and vowed to only use it as last resort. You voted for a man who likes to watch war movies in the White House and send our children into a meat grinder. Oddly his children are safe at home.

We gave you a way to staunch the flow of jobs out of our country. You
voted for a man who told you things were going to get better.

We gave and gave but you chose nothing for something.

Now you ask us to give in and join you to work together.

I'm sorry but we already gave.

1. That was very eloquent and well said
Now here's mine. "Dear Republican voters of America. FUCK YOU! You're cowards, liars, hypocrites, and morons. I'm ashamed to share the same citizenship as you."

3. Amen.
If they want it, they can have it. But they won't bitch and moan to me when they have problems.

6. Yes, It says It All
And shows why some feel that Bush has shut down freedom in this country and we must move on.
