and it's only going to get worse. Much worse. All of these people without jobs decide to start their own business, but given the current economic climate they go tits up in a matter of months. Everything they had is gone, credit cards maxed out........the American dream has become an American nightmare. But they LOVE their Dubya', he's such a GOOD and MORAL man.

4. That looks bad.

What I see a lot of people doing is this. They re-morg. at a lower rate and take money and spend it. So they live the same only owe more. I know one lady that owns a number of homes she rents, No money down on these but each time she re-morg. her home. That has gone up in value each year. She also paid off her credit cards each time and these were well over 25000 each time she did it. Odd way to live but she sure has every thing she wants and live one hell of a lot better than I do. She has an un-taxed income and her husbands income is taxed.These rents are sort of funny so I am not sure she pays tax on that income. This is not so odd. Lots of people are living like this in a sort of underground way.In fact you can do a lot of odd things if you do not get a regular pay check.Trouble is it is getting people more each year.
