Why did we hear so little about gas prices |
|
during the election? No debate questions on the subject and I don't remember Kerry/Edwards saying much of anything.

...because Kerry knew that were he elected, gas prices would rise dramatically. I think gas prices have been surpressed during the 1st Bush administration.

3. Even worse than the gas was |
|
during the debate Kerry said he wanted everyone to have the saame health plan and Congress. Chimpy's response was that is $7000 and we can't afford that for everybody. So the ruling class gets theirs and NO ONE followed up, no one cares. This is the only country in the world that has a flu vacine shortage.
People are leaving this country to go to India for heart surgery. What costs 100K here is 10K in India so you get a vacation and the same Indian doctor working on you over there.
Gas and health care just totally stump me. I want to meet the idiot that thinks about terriorism before going to the mall and how chimpy has protected them or who is so afraid of gays.

4. Because it would have been dishonest to pretend that a US President |
|
can have any control over gas prices, especially given the exploding demand and stockpiling nature of China and India.
