Can tempering or fraud change destiny? Your Opinion
Since approximately 1932 whenever the Redskins have lost a home game before the election, the sitting President loses. Most psychics predicted John Kerry would win. The astronomers predicted Kerry would win. Everything pointed to John Kerry victory. The question I have "is fraud taken into account on these predictions, or is the prediction based on a fair(no fraud or tempering)contest? What is your opinion?

1. Obviously fraud can change destiny. Look at Al Gore.
Now the question is, once you mess with destiny, what happens? Answer: Nothing good.

2. Frankly, I don't give a damn
I need to know that the vote was honest -- whatever the result. I need to be able to trust the system again. I have a hunch there are millions of others feeling the same. We deserve to know if the system is flawed, if it was tampered with, if it needs to be fixed.

We the people demand the truth.

5. Right on!
I was a poll observer in New Mexico and I was surprised at how screwed up the system was there.

In one precinct alone we had had half a dozen people come out in the first hour and tell us the voting register said they had been sent an absentee ballot, so they couldn't vote. They all agreed they had NOT asked for an absentee ballot.

In the past these people would have gone home without voting (and probably never tried to vote again), but we were able to get them provisional ballots and hopefully their votes were eventually counted.

We didn't ask whether these were Democrats or Republicans - I was there as a non-partisan team - and I don't know if this was a dirty trick or just normal local bureaucratic screw ups, but stuff like this has probably been happening under the radar for years.

We've got to fix this system nationwide.

4. i agree
perhaps it was destiny that the vote be fraudulent. the religious right feel that the biblical accounts in revelations are destined. i was raised in a fundie xtian family and these things were hammered into our heads from an early age. what i don't understand is that the bible said something like this would happen... a world leader speaking words that would 'tickle their ears' and lead many of god's people astray. i just don't get that what they are doing is fortold, evil, and destined, yet they fall right into lock step with the evil ways and hold themselves self-righteous... it's really starting to freak me out.
