I am inspired to post this after reading the thread on Reid's voting record, and also the psy-ops threads.

Considering the tiny bit of power/influence/publicity we've gotten lately, I think its quite possible that we've shown up on the radar somewhere. Therefore, it's possible that some effort is being expended to spread dissent and disinformation among us.

While it's important for us as a group to maintain our trust of each other, it is also important for us to maintain our fact-based relationship with reality, and to never put absolute faith in what people say. Even fellow DUers.

We don't smash our differences into oblivion - we reconcile them, through conversation and compromise. Our discourse can only make us stronger, and bring us to a better understanding and appreciation of each other. They don't understand that concept - don't believe in it - and that is why we'll win.

But what do I know, I'm just a paranoid guy doing a little meme maintenance. :dunce:
