If we are to take this "victory" at face value it is time we face some facts

The new America is not the one any of us learned to love

This is an america were tehre is only one ethical standard, how to get ahead, and morals be damned

Lying and cheatng, prefereablhy when you can get away with it, are the new way... it is no longer about fairness, hard work, or making thigns better for future geneartions

And this folks is what we must drive to those idiots who voted for Bush. teir kids will be far worst off than they ever were... tehir grand kids will not even beleive that Washington never lied, because their elders lie constantly.

Oh and morals, now it is get what you can by any means possible. So expect more Enrons, expect more law breakings and yes expect more stolen elections.

Oh and on edito this is exactly the mesasge, they won on false morals... whoohoo... morals be damned for they do not matter to them

Though shall not lie, thouhs shall not steal, though shall not take otehrs before me (money) are now optional for the "Moral majority" people.

1. There's an afterward in a copy of 'Babbitt' (by Sinclair Lewis)

i cannot recall the author, but he describes how the 'Babbitt' character, while not that bad, feels compelled to go along with the harsh, inhumane regimen that seems to dominate america, and ignores the consequences....even all those years ago. He ended the piece by warning that if the America's sensible elite ever lost control of the country, or were too loose in controlling it, the country would experience a 'calamity'.....and this wasn't just speculation: it's happened
