It's up to us. If we can prove fraud, even
if it's not enough to turn over the elections, we can taint the repukes for a generation or more.

1. If there was fraud
wouldn't that nullify the results of the election? We'd have to have another one, right?

~A!

4. there could be significant fraud in FL and OH
without being enough to have changed the outcome, therefore not enough to nullify the election.

for any thinking Murkan, the "election" is already null anyway.

9. Organized Fraud Involving Bush/Cheney Would Make Them Party
to crimes and hence criminals.

If someone steals a sweater and gets caught... they don't get to keep the sweater.

If someone steals a sweater and sells it to someone and the stolen sweater is identified as being stolen property ... the buyer doesn't get to keep the sweater.

11. Won't fucking happen.
Unless there are enough votes for Kerry, they won't do jack shit about massive fraud, if proven.

2. WEe NEED to do it to avoid the congressional SUPERMAJORITY
they will have after the 2006 election w even more 'little black boxes'.

If they get a supermajority, I'm outta here. At least there is the filibuster option now.

13. Thanks. That does help
After the rage, after the "I'm leaving" syndrome, I've realized it's better to fight. ENd BBV, hold our representatives responsible, and make a lot of noise. Also, boycotts, etc. It's the good fight, after all.

Hope you feel better soon, and good for you for chasing the guy. That's a lot of therapy right there!

6. prove fraud??
Of course there was fraud! A hundred million votes, hundreds of thousands poll workers: fraud from both sides is almost a given. And I surely think that you all are aware of this obvious observation.

Widespread, pervasive fraud? No.

We might as well bend over and prepare to be screwed by the republican party for the rest of our lives.
They will continue to cheat ...gotta a way with it twice.. nothing is gonna stop them now.

10. I agree, but at the moment ...
I'd settle for just enough 'taint' to get * & Co to stop using the word "mandate".

12. At a MINIMUM, we need to expose any fraud so we can get elections back
that can be won fairly. Audited elections with a paper trail. Even if it doesn't evict Bush, or taint the Republicans, fair elections we can have confidence in are a must, or the whole game called "democracy in America" is over.
