Bush - 40.49%

In those same states, the results this year were:

Kerry - 53.93%
Bush - 44.96%

In the states won by Bush in 2000, the results were:

Bush - 55.69%
Gore - 42.71%

In those same states, the results this year were:

Bush - 56.91%
Kerry - 42.29%
