Anyone notice sort of a "bait and switch" by conservatives?
Before the election, it was all about 9-11, and how the whole election was about national security. "You'll get blown up if Kerry gets elected!" Does anybody else notice that, now that the election is over, the conservatives are talking about their "values" of domestic social conservatism and not so much about terror? Instead of being relieved that we won't be "blown up", they are talking about how the election was a mandate for their right-wing domestic policies. It looks like their national security argument was just put out there to get Bush elected, and was not their true reason for wanting him to win.

4. Most DUers, Democrats, and liberals play along
They let the RNC pick the issues to be debated.

We used to talk about Iraq, the economy, health care, the environment, Israel, etc. Now, it's nothing but God and Gays, over and over

7. Doesn't make a difference to me what the papers say
*I* decide which issues are important to *ME*, not some newspaper or TV show. I don't care if EVERY single media person spoke non-stop about bush* plan to go to Mars, I still ain't saying a word about it.
