2. They voted for the boy king
what do you expect? If they really think the "Battle of Fallujah" is the end, they're going to be very disappointed.

3. do you remember after Saddam's statue came down ?
of course we know it was all staged now.

but when it happened i remember some soldiers contacting their family, they were very happy and excited and telling them they "won" and will be coming home now.

4. The pentagon is fighting like this was a Hollywood movie or something

7. Tommy Franks thought so, too
He told his commanders to begin preparations for a drawdown within 60 days, and expected troop levels to be no more than 30,000 inside of 5 months.

When our top commander was a koolaid-drinking sycophant ahead of being a soldier, we've got a bigass problem.

6. Sure, freepers are seeing "the light at the end of the tunnel"
For those who lived through Viet Nam you know exactly what I am talking about. For those who are too young, Gen Wm Westmoreland used to say that he saw "the light at the end of the tunnel" to suggest the war would be over shortly - not hardly

9. They think that DU made up the stories about those bases
bush would never do anything like that without asking them first, don't you know.
