if you are interested in TEA 21 enhancements.

Bike/Pedestrian funding is about to be surgically removed.
Petrie and Olver have entered an amendment to return and re-fund
TEA 21.

1. I called my rep Rails to Trails and League of American Bicyclists Back It
With RTT and LAB behind it, I would advocate it myself.
