Someone should write a book called "Washington Democrats in Denial". Their polite establishment is like leading German Social Democrats of the '30's who couldn't face what Hitler was up to with the Reichstag Fire and all...so it was curtains for Democracy.

Had to be willful blinders, Kerry knew he was up agains known frauds. BCCI, S&L, Silverado, Iran/Contra, Election 2000 and he doesn't get who he's dealing with? Doesn't make sense other than blinders.

But I am withholding judgment until 12/12.
