When asked how they could possibly have fair elections in January when parts of the country couldn't vote, Rummy said "that's why we're doing all this so that they can have fair elections".

in walking back to my cube, I realized, in a nutshell, what he's really saying here:

"We will keep killing them until they accept democracy."

think about that for a moment. Is it any wonder the world hates us?
