Can you please pick another band besides the Beatles to use as your employees names.

I recently had problems with my Dell notebook and I spoke to a John, George and Paul. The next time I called I was going to ask for Ringo.

It's the same thing with earthlink. The names again are John, Paul and George. At least have someone by the name of Richard Starkey aka Ringo.

Why don't they just tell us their real name since we do know that they are located in India. I wouldn't mind talking to a person that uses his real first name.
