I can't think of the name but I remember seeing the horrible braces around the neck.
It would be ironic wouldn't it because they suppressed the votes of minorities.

It would be the best thing to put them in because of how they have treated our American black voters in the past through today.
Rice and Powell should be part of the ones arrested and shackled.
