3. A very interesting look at politics in America |

This is a lengthy look at shifts of support in the U.S. The Dixiecrats have always been the deciding vote in the south. When they switched to the Republican party, the south became a red state region. This trend has continued to present. This is sure a lot different than the Republican party that Lincoln was part of. Right now, I'm sure a few members of the GOP want to reintroduce slavery. They certainly want that "old time religion" propaganda plastered all over the country. It will be interesting to see if the rest of the country breaks away from the south in upcoming elections.
