It's a good PSA...running here in Tampa. Saw it for the first time last night. Stop the Overtime Bill. Don't remember everything about it, but it made * look bad. <which is not hard to do>

1. If you mean the commercial....
I saw it this morning in prime viewing time here in Atlanta. It was brief, but effective. It will definitely put doubts in Voters' minds about smirk.

2. Workers who oppose the cheap labor party should write to Congress
Do it on Congress.Org so everyone can read your views.

All workers need to shout with a united voice on the issue of overtime pay.

3. Heard about it, have not seen it
But then again I don,t watch that much TV. If it is on in my area I hoper my boss sees it. His wife and almost her entire family are accountants and he sees it that some people cheat to get back pay so the current plans to change it are good. I see it as his worst nightmare. You see we are a lab in a major company. Right now all the lab techs receive overtime. For some of us it is unusual to have less than 10 hours of overtime especially during the summer. Other techs have not had 10 hours of overtime in the past two years. Company policy is that if overtime is required then it is double time with a minimum of four hours. So it is always "voluntary". There are some hard feelings already at work because of the perception of some people having it easier than others. If the whole lab was saleried I bet some major arguments would break out. It is a weekly occurence for me to have to stay late because some one on first shift can" complete their work or have mistimed how long something would last and I have to finnish up.
