For a long time, this country's agencies such as CIA, World Bank, IMF and others have engaged in rigging elections, assassinating their leaders and buying off politicians in foreign countries.At those times, it used to be a point of pride for us to claim that it will never happen in this country.We used to cite the strict laws that prevent any involvement of the CIA in domestic politics.

All these are now in the past.Ever since a CIA Director, George Bush I was installed as the President, the foxes have started guarding the chicken coop and blowback has started big time. We can say without any reservations that many of the things we used to laugh about when they were happening in other countries are becoming daily occurrences here.Vote rigging, bribery, thievery, fraud and God knows what else are now par for the course. Our belief in the sanctity of our institutions have been under assault for quite some time.We certainly cannot take it for granted that Democracy is a functioning entity in this country anymore.Believing that would be tantamount to believing in the tooth fairy.

I have no hard confirmation that such is the case.

It was reported that if you had not voted Rep. you were not hired. We know that colleges are being studied for what the teachers are teaching. Lynn Chaney had that job I read years ago. List of people every place. Should be interesting guys. I was hear when they did it before.

understand that a coup d'etat has occurred in the U.S. We are no longer a Democracy. Meaningless elections will continue to be held just to make it appear as though we have made a choice. The final nail in this coffin was the fraudulent ruling by the Supreme Court in 2000, appointing Bush to the Presidency. It's over folks.

Google search. but what i meant is that the ideology, the platform it espoused is being put into effect now..the three rrr's are now "no child left behind" (all that uniform testing leaves no time for anything else)..undermining the united nations, the Christioan coalition , less government interference (do away with income tax, regulation of industry, affirmative action)

14. The Birchers have some good points...

They aim in the right direction. They're just missing the mark. Half of their rhetoric was aimed at harvesting prejudices against jews. The other half is the suspicion that the UN is trying to "take over the world".

Well, it's NOT the UN we have to worry about. It's NAFTA, WTO and the IMF. It's not a "Jewish Conspiracy" just because some jews are involved.

Part of me feels that the John Birch society has ALWAYS been a pre-emptive effort to discredit a conspiracy that labels the REAL culprits who are behind international financing and corruption! The inherint anti-semitism in their message is just SOOO strange and so Hitler-esque. And it's AMAZING to me that they have not updated their language to make it more palitable to the greater public!!!

Finally people in power got on to it. No one wants to miss out on their jobs. I recall Margaret Chase Smith came out on it before and then it sort of moved to being all over. If a women could be brave men could also. It really seemed like that.
