How can we contact the US military to demand the end of the embedding of reporters? (vanity)

Subject says it all. I believe that there are pro's to the embedding process, but if so many reporters are practically praying for atrocities to be committed by US troops, or hoping the Iraq war will fail, I think it is a DANGER to the troops to send the reporters with them on their missions. As we have seen, a Marine is now being accused of a war crime for shooting an unarmed insurgent. However, it is pretty clear that the Marine was not aware of the fact that the man was injured, and given the fact that insurgents routinely...

2. I did a triple take
knowing who you are

And you are right, the freepers want the reporters to be pulled... hey credit where credit is due... war is also fought in teh realm of IMAGES... freepers do understand at a very basic level that the people turned against Nam because of images

Credit where it is due, they may not realize this, but this war crime today MAY BE the child who was napalmed moment, or the Saigon Chief shooting prisoner famous photo.

Oh and it WAS a war crime and the troop should be prosecuted

That said, here is the most important question... what is leading to this incredible breakdown in good order and discipline in the force? This is a sympton of over stressed troops, who have been on the line way too long and that are poorly supplied and led.

6. The combination of adrenalin, testosterone & fear makes them forget
or not even care that they are being recorded..

There are MANY war crimes going on , in our name...and they ARE being filmed and written about..

The brass at the top are never going to be held accountable, but they SHOULD be.. Just like the prison torture..low level people paid the price, and a few generals got "re-assigned"..:puke:

so it will continue..:(

and naturally the freeps don't want the actual atrocities to stope...they just want them kept quiet..

Notice to freeps::: It's Not Vegas.. What happens in Iraq does NOT stay there.. The middle east has TV these days..they have papers, magazines, radio.. They KNOW what's being done to them.."embeds" or not..

5. Was going to post a reply on the Freeper list ....
and it said ... "Your posting privilege has been revoked"

I only posted on there once before ... Someone was upset
because it seemed something Rush said wasn't being believed,
and I just mentioned he shouldn't put so much faith in a
loudmouth drug addicted felon. They revoked me for that ???
After one post ??? This sucks ...

9. I just saw the clip
I am appalled. He shot him in cold blood. Said "Dead now." I really don't know how anybody can go over to that site, those people are just beyond sick. Psychotic. Blaming the media because somebody committed murder??? And I don't even want to think about these troops who are going to have to live with this shit for the next 50 years. What an utter catastrophe.
