Today is the day that people who don't care for Randi should LISTEN.

Man, when she slows down...takes the volume down a few notches, does a little less ranting and raving and a little more thoughtful, measured, HIGHLY FOCUSED discourse...she rocks.

Sometimes I turn on the show and she's just yelling...no new insight, no real solution, just spraying rage. Those are the days when I listen for a few minutes and then turn her off.

TODAY is not one of those days. TODAY this woman has her SHIT together. She is PISSED but she is SO ARTICULATE in her message that I feel as if I am hearing her show for the first time.

No offense meant to folks who like Randi ALL the time...it's just that TODAY'S version of the woman is knocking me on my ass with her sheer power, passion, and intelligence.

Never mind that the AP published the story this morning and that last summer Ridge himself said he would be quitting at the end of the year.

But I will give you this: she is passionate, articulate, and pissed. But without adding 'informed' and 'rational' to the mix, she's just ear masturbation.
