MN has some open seats that nobody will take, any takers??
GREENWALD, Minn.
They didn't put their names on the ballot, and they didn't lobby for votes. They even tried to get other people to take their seats on the City Council.

"People just didn't want to step up to the plate," council member Jack Rademacher said.
