Judge dismisses lawsuit in San Diego mayoral election.

Repugs didn't get their way and now the votes will be counted and the candidate with the most votes will win.
Democrat, activist, environmentalist, surfer, Donna Frye still holds a lead over repug stuffed shirt, incumbent Dick Murphy.
This is damn good news folks.
If you didn't already know write-in candidate Donna Frye is leading the two repugs in this non-partisan election which was contested due to a technicality.
It looks like true democracy may go forth here in San Diego.

By the way, I was considering calling the ACLU and suing, they were about to steal MY VOTE for Donna Frye... we were talking about it yesterday, hubby and I.

So will have to continue to pay attention, they may not like it and take it to a higher court, the whienners
