That was Condi Rice's lame attempt to cover for the fact that the Bush administration KNEW that bin Laden was planning an attack within our borders BEFORE 9-11. For this and this alone, she should be rejected out of hand.

But, like every clown who commits an amazing screw up in this administration she will be rewarded with MORE responsibility. This is the Bush doctrine. Nothing has to actually be accomplished, ignorant screw ups and lying will do.
