Citizens of Fullujah promised food but end up arrested in Mosque
It looks like the embedded reporter was adding more pics as I looked at these images. There were only 23 images when I first began looking at these, now there are 31. When I clicked on an image to read what it said this is the Caption:
FALLUJAH, IRAQ - NOVEMBER 17: Detainees wait to be processed and sent to a detention center by the U.S Marines from the 1st U.S Marines Expeditionary Force, 1st Battalion, 3rd Marines Regiment, Bravo Company, during operations on November 17, 2004 in Fallujah, Iraq. US Marines invited the citizens of Fullujah via loud speaker to a mosque with the promise of food, however, upon arrival males aged between 15 and 55 years-old were tested for traces of gunpowder which resulted in 47 arrests within the space of a few minutes. I also noticed pictures of children. Why is the military deliberately lying to everyone saying there are no civilians in Fullujah when its so easy to find the truth out on the internet?

1. Because they're hoping that people won't believe what they see there.
Apparently they think that EVERYTHING you see on the internet is false. I mean, unless it's from Faux or from your government. They're counting on the ignorant trusting only them.

2. Don't other household substances give false positives for gunpowder?
Paint thinner, e.g.? Or are newer tests more reliable?

4. Old news - it's a test kit
that's why it's also labelled "soman" - another nerve gas - and "v-gases" - eg VX.

Try this NPR audio: She says the unit has discovered kits to test for sarin nerve gas
