something that went under radar, for me, that makes all this so clear. the woman, and her body. and maybe why we ignore is cause of the woman role in our socity, of a lot of different factors.

the doctor for fda, that controls the drugs, wrote a book of women pms'in, to read the bible.

the bible says women are to suffer the pain because of her evil and wickedness, seducing adam to be stupid.

her forever punishment, is to feel the pain of her body

i mean this whole concept wraps up what is happening. and people arent seeing it. anyone else see it with me

2. leads me to abortion issue

any man i can now say, has no say over my body. inevitably, men have made poor choice for me. they dont know what the hell they are talking about. and if they are so damn concerned about a fetus. put a condom on or dont have sex. why are we yelling shaming pointing finger at female, when all a male has to do is not reproduce, and why the hell are we not hearing mention, let alone stone him attitude we have for hte female.

I think that sentence right there explains a good deal about the opposition to abortion, particularly biblically-inspired opposition. Many Christians, like many religious people, believe in a Natural Order, where certain entities dominate (through their authority) others in a hierarchical fasion. In the religion based Natural Order, God is above humans, adults are above children, and men..., well, I'm sure you can guess that one.

The idea that YOU, a female, need not submit to a man's demands threatens their Natural Order, and even more importantly, their Moral Order, which in their minds mirrors the Natural Order, with God being morally pure, men less so, and women..., well, I think you can guess that one too.

After all, Eve was never told to avoid the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good an evil. God must've thought she could handle that knowledge. However, Adam was told to avoid it. However, jealous of her ability to eat that fruit, he just had to try it himself, and THAT is what caused the fall, not Eve. Typically whiny wimp, he blamed Eve for the whole buisiness, no personal responsibility for him, no sir!

No wonder Lilith took one look at Adam and decided to take her chances outside Eden in the rest of the world.

7. Human sexuality is a continuum

and I think most of the rabidly misogynist right wing men are deeply closeted, self loathing gays. What they despise in themselves they label "womanish" and project onto women as a whole, regarding women with fear, dread and loathing.

6. My theory goes way beyond that.

First of all, most of the major religions all suppress women to men. My theory is if both were equal, just look at the differences - women make babies. It just doesn't get any better or exciting or powerful than that. Men are needed for just a few minutes and then they go hunting again. So the important one is the female. Men seem to have big egos and want to control the world. So they have managed to control most of the religions and all the governments and put women subservient to them to inflate their self-worth. For centuries women have been picked for beauty and stupidity. But we're still smart! If education were equal, women would excel. We are still being discriminated against after all this time. So it's not just the Bible - it's being told we are inferiour and accepting it because we didn't know better. We do now though!

the easy in this, our house, my husband gets to be. i trust him in doing self. equally he thinks i do a kick ass job doing me. has absolutely no desire to do me
