If any state looks like it's getting anywhere near being overturned, he will fight full force. Let's at least get the votes counted once so we've got a place to start. that is sinking rapidly, as to where the money for post election legal costs goes now.

I cannot remember the figure that was raised by the Kerry folks to pay the "army of attorneys" for the post election fight. I know it was in the millions, I know I contributed, I know they are not spending it on atty's (ok, I don't know for sure they are not spending it but I sincerely doubt it)

Sooooo... where is the money now? Where is the money going to go? What is the regulation (campaign finance law) as to where the money can be spent?

Curious more than anything.
