If it's McCain the good news is we won't be ruled by a religious yahoo and the American Taliban who controls baby Bush will be infuriated and will feel betrayed.

The bad news is I doubt anyone could possibly beat McCain. He even has "Conservative" Democrats on his side out here in Az and so far as I know he's respected among most voter circles.

However, given that today's Necromonger Party does not tolerate "liberal" infidels like John McCain, I doubt he'll even make it past nomination. Chances are one of the leading generals of the Necromonger Party like Tom Delay or even Jeb Bush will use a Rove like subject to discredit someone like McCain as being a traitor to his fellow vets and they may even claim that his wife "done gave birth to a nigra child once while she was on crack"

I mean I can't think of anyone stooping this low would they do that you think?

1. McCain would be ideal, but it won't happen.
Personally, I'm not ruling out some kind of attempt to keep Bush in office. These guys are all on the hairy edge of creating a one-party state.
